my Viral Load.....

finaly after 14 months i did bring the viral load assay to here. after long searched about new assays, many negotiation price and gontok gontokan sama suplier, trial and error, bleeding after doing viral load test ...after all $%$%%'&'&%&&#&'.......finally we tested our first 268 HIV patients....

the result was suprised, 85% from the patients who take medication have not detecable viral copy number (this is very good news), but 15% of that are fail...

This is the first report from Indonesia, because of this result Menkes should aware about new diagnostic test for HIV which is called viral load test....and clinicians should fight for second line regimen to treat failure patients...

But it still long way to molecular... i miss my molecular lab work very much...now i have to deal with clinical epidimiology...but i should be patient, right?...sabar..sabar........
